HYTORC Lithium Series II — Electric Torque Tool
The Lithium Series II (LST) is HYTORC’s flagship battery-powered torque tool, designed to improve the bolting experience with an intuitive interface, strong functionality, durability, and ease of use. Redesigned from the ground up with expanded functionality, greater durability, and intuitive usability, this lightweight 36-volt battery-powered tool has a capacity of up to 10,845 Nm (around 8,000 ft-lbs), making it a strong, portable option for industrial bolting applications.

- TorcSense™ Technology – uses direct torque measurement sensors in a closed-loop control system for highly accurate, repeatable torque results.
- Snug Function – lets the tool work below the minimum torque range, useful for bringing bolting surfaces into alignment before precision tightening.
- Durability Upgrades – an all-aluminum housing improves impact resistance and protects internal components while reducing vibration, and thicker gears make the gearbox about 20% stronger than the previous model.
- Brushless Motor – roughly five times the life expectancy of prior motors, adding efficiency and longevity.
- Low Vibration – planetary gears deliver torque with minimal vibration, reducing hand-arm vibration injury risk compared to standard impact wrenches.
- Rundown & Torque Modes – can quickly spin nuts snug before applying precise final torque.
- Digital Connectivity – Bluetooth data transfer (with required HYTORC software), storage for up to 30 job profiles, 100 job IDs, and roughly 65,000 logged events, exportable in .csv format. Job data can also be tracked through the HYTORC Connect App.
- User Access Controls – four access levels for administrative control over tool functions.
- Compatibility – works with standard sockets/drivers, the HYTORC Washer system, and precision mechanical tensioning with the HYTORC Nut.
- Battery Life – around 200 operations per charge, depending on joint type, humidity, temperature, reaction arm, and torque level.
